The target user age of this course are people with a learning disability who wish to enter the labour market. To ensure that the course developed was relevant, and appropriate, we distributed 5,000 questionnaires to parents, individuals, carers, teachers, employers and interested parties to find out what exactly people want included in the course.

This Course is undergoing a substantial revision and will be released during 2010.

There were originally 5 courses in this "At Work" Training Suite, which comprised over 120 learning topics:

1. At Work
This 'At Work' interactive training course has been created to help people with a learning disability to become successful and effective workers.

2. CV Builder
This course will help the student to create a CV that will help them to get a job.

3. Coach Support course
The objective of this course is to provide additional support for a coach or carer working with students using 'At Work".

4. Employers Support Course
Using a variety of techniques this, 'Employers Support Course' is a practical guide to managing employees with specific learning needs including Autism.
