Research
undertaken throughout the UK has highlighted a need to make available to
those about to leave school and move into employment resources to enable
them to deal with bullying behaviour, should it arise, in the workplace.
As a result Raising Horizons Ltd has developed this interactive CD-Rom for school leavers entering the workplace. The CD-Rom deals with the transition and helps them to identify bullying behaviour, as it can be different from bullying at school, and how to deal with it. The CD-Rom has been extensively trialled in schools and has been the subject of focus group discussion to ensure its relevance and usability for users and contains information, a range of scenarios and numerous information links. |
